We're Wines Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2005

The Semillon fruit was harvested in a ‘split pick’. A small portion was picked at approximately 12 Baume, the remainder at approximately 13.5 Baume. The Sauvignon Blanc was cane-pruned and picked at optimum maturity. All fruit was handpicked. 

An elegant mix of herbaceousness and tropical fruits. Crisp and lingering. The palate shows a full spectrum of flavours from citrus and tropical fruits to a slight herbaceousness. An elegant and sophisticated wine.
